NTU applicant - still not got sfe, transcript confirmation, already enrolled, help.

i'd chosen to go to nottingham trent for second year but had to apply through clearing since i redid two exams at a uni i wasn't happy at. i'd already applied beforehand in july, but was turned down due to pending results. this meant i didn't get said results until the 5th of september. come the 5th, i re-apply first thing over the phone and on ucas. they got back to me on the 11th and asked for my transcript, which i gave them THREE times before i was told to pay actual money to even get an """official""" transcript, but turns out i didn't need to and i was eventually refunded my money from my initial uni. i had no idea i could even enroll yet without transcript confirmation so i ended up doing that late on the 25th. i still have yet to receive transcript confirmation despite frequent calls to ntu. it got so bad that they gave me a new id for a new application.
it is the 29th of september, i haven't heard back since and i still don't have my sfe. what is going on
