Good university in small city or medium uni in big one?

I'm struggling with this decision! I’m from Rome, and I have to choose where to go for university. I’ve got two options:Maastricht, a small, cold, rainy city in the Netherlands.Prague or Brno, which seem more lively and fun, with more networking opportunities—and places where I won't feel like shooting myself out of boredom after two weeks. Will a campus in a small town keep you busy enough? Does it make it easier to find friends?I love cities with culture, but I also want to attend a good university. What should I do?

I had the same issue and chose London over a small town, and I don’t regret it at all. I’ve found it’s kept me motivated to study properly as I actually have fun and have a social life outside of uni. It’s also easier to find jobs and friends in bigger cities!
