What medical schools don’t look at predicted grades?

I heard the other day that there are 4 medical schools that don’t look at your predicted grades when considering your application/inviting to interview. I was wondering if anyone here knew which medical schools these are. Thanks.

I dont know if this is relevant or helpful for you anymore, but I know liverpool is one of them. I dont know the others sorry.

edit: after a bit of research (as im in a similar situation), i found that uni of nottingham, aston uni, kent and medway medical school also dont look at predicted grades.

Bristol only looks to see if you meet the minimum A level / GCSE requirements, and then ranks for interview entirely on UKCAT scores.

There are a few that don't recognise predicted grades, but each need a certain attained grade at A-Level, plus you will need to do well in UCAT and interviews (if they have them). From "easiest" to "hardest";
The Universities are as Follows:
Kent and Medway Medical School - Requires AAB at A-Level
University of Lincoln - Requires AAA at A-Level
University of Nottingham - Requires AAA at A-Level
University of Liverpool - Requires AAA at A-Level
Aston University (Birmingham) - Requires A*AA at A-Level
University of Keele - Requires A*AA at A-Level
These are all minimum requirements so take this as you will.

Wait are you sure Liverpool is one of them? Do you know how they process applications? Do they look at predicted A levels at all because their website is very vague

A100,Departmental,Supplement,E2026_.pdf

In the above document for their 2026 entry to A100 course, it mentions "Predicted grades will not be used for non-graduate applicants however predicted degree awards will be considered when assessing graduate applications for the programme."

They score heavily on your best 9 GCSEs (9/8/7 gets 2 points, 6 gets 1 point). Minimum of 15 points is required. UCAT cut off is not specified, however they estimated that they will likely require 4th to 6th decile for 2026 entry (this has not been updated even after 2025 UCAT statistics have been released this month, so it may change).

Double check their website and the attached PDF if I have missed any details or am incorrect.
