Emergency Stop Payment Notification

I am sending this on behalf of my partner. She is attending a college doing an PGCE course there. SFE has put the wrong university name on her finance payment and not the college where she's doing the PGCE. She sent in a CO1 form to correct this and today she had an Emergency Stop Payment Notification. I am setup as an authorized contact on her account as she has given me consent to share.They also didn't put the right number of credits on her finance. They said shes doing 25% but shes doing 50%. The wrong University now has informed SFE that she isn't studying there, she never was and never put that Universitys name on the applicliant as I checked it and have a scanned copy of her application form and her CO1 form. We are at our witts end can someone from SFE help please as we keep getting different answers on the phone.
