Postgraduate Student Finance Loan

Hi,

I have just applied for a post graduate Student finance loan to study an MSc and it says I am ineligible? Not sure why as I have used Student finance for my Undergraduate degree with no problems at all. I graduated a couple of weeks ago with my undergraduate degree and I wanted to start my MSc in November but I am not sure why I would be ineligible? Does anyone have any advice on what they have done or what my next steps would be?
