JP Morgan Degree Apprenticeships NOW OPEN (2025)

Hey guys, JP MORGAN DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

They're doing 2 roles Financial Services and Digital & Technology Solutions.

Both roles have locations at Bournemouth and London.

Here's the link to apply to all 4 of those - https://uoeapprenticeships.groupgti.com/VacancyPosting/Search#!/

Here’s everything else you might want to know:
START DATE - September 2025
STARTING SALARY - £24,000 for Bournemouth & £28,000 for London
GRADES - BBB at A-level including a STEM subject
CLOSING DATE - 15th Oct for London / 2nd Dec for Bournemouth
^ this information is irrelevant by the way. Apply as soon as possible.

---

To apply, you need to submit:
- CV
- 2 x 500 word application questions (including what one trait makes you a unique candidate? and how does a place on this programme support your career objectives?)

JP Morgan's key values are service, heart, curiosity, courage and excellence so I would strongly recommend showing how you align with these values within your applications.

---

Hope this helps for you lot who are applying there.

If anyone wants, I can send through some resources to help with writing your CV and those application questions as well as some notes of the research I have done for JP Morgan. Just let me know if you'd be interested and I can send over.

As a heads up, the Technology apprenticeship also specifies that one A level should be Computer Science/IT or Maths. I contacted them last year about this after they auto rejected me. However even with 2 STEM subjects (Biology and Chemistry, AA) and other evidence like an AWS Cloud practitioner certification, coding projects, etc. they replied and said the requirements were strict. (I've still applied again this year as you never know... but not holding hope)

If you took an IT subject it should be fine, but they're completely different apprenticeships so you should apply based on what you want to do. I haven't heard back yet but last year it took them a few days and then I got a rejection so I will update when I know!

They are done via different universities AFAIK so they will likely have different grade and subject requirements. I emailed both Exeter university and JP Morgan last year, and got the same response from both that it was a firm requirement.

Why not? What are you missing if you apply?

For the Technology degree apprenticeship, is it Mathematics AND Computing or just one of them? I do Maths but not Computing.

Just one of them I’m the same I did maths and not computing
