Legalising A Level Diploma Copies

I’m applying for university in Ireland through CAO and they require I post them legal copies of all my diplomas. I did A Level for highschool but I’m not from the UK nor do I live there. My local notary offices said they can’t make legal copies as the diplomas aren’t in the language of my country. I’m not sure what to do as I cannot travel all the way to the UK just for legal copies of my diplomas and the only form they will accept is physical legal copies sent through post.
