Sorry, I have 10 GCSEs, I thought only 7 were needed.
9 = English lit,
7 grade 8's = English Lang, Chem, Maths, Bio, Physics, Geography, Arabic
2 grade 7's = Computer Science and Business Studies

Do you suggest I still apply despite my lower UCAT ? my other choice was Leeds but that is also a bit risky

Historically bham has required above 8, i can’t say with any degree of certainty whether this year will be similar to last year or prior years. Solely depends on your risk tolerance I’m afraid x the only thing I can say to you is if it were me, I’d make my choices as safe as possible

Thank you for the advice, as a resit student I don’t get much choices so I think my 4th choice will end up being risky anyway.
I will try and have a look and see if there are any other safer choices, any suggestions would be great

I would think 7.6+ would be ok. What were your first sit grades?

I achieved BCC
But I have emailed Birmingham and they said they will accept my resit aswell as my application due to my extenuating circumstances.
My achieved grades put me in the mud tbh because the the unis that accept resits anyway have much higher UCAT cutoffs
