Hi, I’ve been trying to stick within a calorie deficit whilst back at uni but I have a few questions.
Calorie deficit calculators online ask about the exercise which you do, but the app i use to calculate my daily intake is connected to my fitness app, so it adds extra remaining calories depending on the steps I do
I was wondering if these added calories are already considered in the daily calorie intake i should be having?
And are you allowed to eat back those extra remaining calories or not?
