Y12 - in need of help w/ finding maths + CS supercurriculars

hello!
i am taking : maths, physics, compsci, further maths at 6form.
i have just started y12, and i'm a bit lost on what supercurriculars i should be thinking of doing.
i know i definitely want to study some form of computer science at university, and i only know that i want to apply to kcl + cambridge, as both have been my dream universities from a very young age.
if anyone can offer me any advice on what i should start doing now, to help me in future, that would be very much appreciated !

For computer science, work on your math skills, as you would notice, every college does not care if you take computer science or not, rather math is compulsory and further math is highly recommended. I'm told that the UK has a lot of great math and physics olympiads, so do participate in that.

Learn a programming language, try to get well-versed in it and if you are really capable, apply for internships/apprenticeships to show your experience and talent.

Top universities like Cambridge care about your supercurriculars, essentially, any effort you have taken to go outside the school curriculum. This could be completing a Coursera course on the basics of computer science, reading books and articles, listening to podcasts and much more. Anything that shows your interest and involvement is definitely considered a supercurricular. You aren't judged by the amount of research or internship you've done, but more on your passion.

Since you are in Y12, try to get yourself into as many things as possible. Don't worry if some don't work out, even a few going your way should be great. Keep your options open and don't look for computer science related supercurriculars alone.
