Crowe 2025 Apprenticeships

Not seen a thread on this yet so thought I’d create a place for all qs and updates.

I’ve heard back after initial application and have received an invite for video interview.

Best of luck to all applying this year 💕

Hi, I was looking at applying for an apprenticeship. After you applied was it video interview straight away? Also, is it a video interview with someone from the company or just an individual video interview where you speak to the camera?

Hi

It was a individual interview - a question pops up on screen and you have about a min to prepare response and 2 mins to respond. There are some practice qs first to get you used to it if you’ve not done something like this before.
Doesn’t take very long only 5 qs.

Can I ask what type of questions you were given? I’m guessing why crowe, why audit (if that’s what you applied for) and similar? Was there any trickier ones that require research into the area you are going into/ the economy or is it just more about the company and your skills?

Yes the above (think as apart of one q - like why audit at Crowe something like that). If I being honest can’t remember what the others were exactly but they were all situational Qs.

But in general, for all apprenticeships I apply for I have a few basic qs that I have a sort of set answer to that I generally adapt.
E.g what are your strengths and weaknesses
How would you manage your schedule for a tight deadline - use an example from the past.
What’s been your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it?
An example of when I’ve worked in a team incase a q comes up relating to that.

Then in your prep time you can adapt you responses to tailor to the question. Hope that helps a little

Has anyone attended an assessment center in London or advanced beyond the initial application stage for the Assistant Audit (School Leaver) position in the UK? I am still waiting to hear back, since last year.
