Hi, I'm looking for someone to takeover my Premium Ensuite in Kendrick Halls.

University of Reading - 11 minute bus ride/25 minute walk
The Oracle - 6 minute bus ride/9 minute walk
Town Centre - 11 minute bus ride/15 minute walk
Tesco Express - 1 minute bus ride/3 minute walk

The room itself features a desk/study area, a bathroom, a small double bed, a wardrobe and many storage spaces. There are three outlets located in convenient areas of the room.

Located on the floor you would be living on are only 3 roommates. You will be sharing a fully functioning kitchen which comes equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and air fryer. Also provided is a mop, hoover/vacuum, an iron and ironing board.

Move in from December 16th onwards.
