Just a warning for anyone staying with student roost - if you struggle paying at any point they can be really nice about it, however trying to pay it back is a nightmare. Direct debits dont work. They send letters to the wrong address constantly and blame you for not knowing. All emails ignored. They will take you to court and lie about contacting you. If you have managed to pay anything back from what you owe, they will lie to the courts about it and claim you paid nothing, while still sending all of these letters to the wrong address. Even if you reply to this legal claim and ask them to send it t a specific address.

Be warned, they will be nice at first but any debt you accrue will be a bloody nightmare to pay off due to their incompetance.
