Passion for Medicine???? - Help!
I asked my teacher for help on my personal statement for medicine today. He asked me why do you want to study medicine? I answered that I love the action-packed environment, the fact that you can see that your work made a real difference to someone and how you can actively apply knowledge that you gained.
He said my answer lacked passion!!!! HELP
He said to reflect on personal experiences that might have led you to pursue med. I thought and the only medical related experience I've had was my grandad dying of heart disease in a 3rd world country due to a lack of medical resources. Is this where my passion for med comes from?
Im not sure anymore.
If this is the case how could I reflect on this in my ps.
