I’ve read through different forums and previous NatWest grad scheme forums, from what I’ve seen we definitely won’t heard back immediately. Essentially, we can’t know when we’ll hear back after the video assessment.

after doing the three assessments (job sim,reasoning and online interview )
also does this mean ive passed the job sim and reasoning?

I got the same thing but apparently they tell you if you don't pass right after the assessment, but idk if after the video interview we could still get rejected before the next stage

I got the same thing. Does this mean we pass the SJT and numerical reasoning test and they'll be reviewing our VI answers?

You must have gotten a feedback report after completing the VI. You can find your numerical scores and your alignment with the company values. If the scores are above 90 and alignment with company values is strong then it's a good sign.
