Looking for a replacement to takeover my contract.
BASED IN READING!!!
- contract stay is (1st July 2024- 30th June 2025)
- 4 double bedroom house (all girls)
- a shared bathroom
- kitchen
- garden
- freshly painted house
- spacious lounge
PRICE IS £420 per month. Excluding utility bills which is : £26.31.
DEPOSIT OF £490 is paid first.
If you have any enquiries let me know I will be active at all times.
YOU CAN MOVE IN 5/6TH of OCTOBER!!!

To find a replacement quickly, here are some suggestions of where to post it. Facebook groups are a great place to start. Look for Reading-specific student groups such as University of Reading Accommodation or University of Reading Student Housing. These groups tend to be very active with students looking for accommodation so it is worth a try!

I would also recommend reaching out to the Accommodation Office. They may be able to connect you with someone who is looking for a room who can take over your place.
