If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

After sfe have approved my application for the 24/25 application and asked me to upload my parents is income to get further support I did and seen my first payment that was scheduled on the 23 of this month they sent me a email about an interview , during the interview I found out that someone has applied for pip on my behalf and has even sent them a letter in my name I have explained to them that I have not applied anything like that and they told me they will investigate and get back to me later they sent me a email saying they believe it was me who uploaded those evidence therefore they have blocked my account for 6 years. I have asked to see the evidence that was uploaded and until now I haven’t received it I have also asked them to review the call that the person made pretending to be me and to check the phone number they received the call from and compare the voices they have recorded and until now they haven’t . They now sent me a email saying they have closed my case and if I don’t agree with their decision to make an appeal , I did and waiting for their response. Any advice ?

I have sent it yesterday , and yes this is the first stage I want to know what happens next as I need to let my uni know as soon as possible

Also I’m trying to see the problem after I have stated that the false information is indeed false and it wasn’t me that uploaded those evidence and haven’t received any payments and managed to solve the problem at the start of it what’s the actual issue here

You will need to allow time for it to be investigated. An appeal is currently taking approximately 40+ working days to process.

Hi drew what should I do while waiting for them to tell me the outcome should I still attend uni or not ?
