Hey @alps123

You have to assume that every university you apply for will be reading your personal statement, which is why you're advised to keep it generic if you can.

Are all your other options medicine? If accounting and finance isn't really a course that you want to do and you have your heart set on medicine then you may just need to tailor your statement to medicine, with some mention of business management loosely linked to the medical field, if you want to.
