english language paper 1 question 5 AQA

hi , ive recently purchased the lightuphub , i struggle the most with question 5 for language and the LUH(lightuphub) recommends writing a description based of a hot or cold setting however what if the image is complex such that the story is easier? Should i prepare a story on a hot or cold setting too?

Hey! Something that my teacher has always told me is that you should prepare one positive and one negative setting, try and memorise as much as you can from it, and incorporate it into the image.
Alternatively (I found this much more useful) you can prepare a good plotline for a story, in the exam the title that you get in the exam should only have to be slightly linked to your story itself (e.g. if the title has something like a dog, just make sure that at some point the dog is mentioned- your story doesn't have to revolve around the title), then just slightly adjust it to the title. Hope this helps!
