Medicine application

I wanted to retake a level bio and history privately, so I got a private tutor at the start of September, but that didn’t work out. The start of October I enrolled into learn direct. I want to apply to medicine and deadline is creeping up (October 15) and the deadline for them to submit me for my exams is also approaching (October 11). However, I feel really uneasy as i’ve read on the website that they cannot submit a person for exams or provide predicted grades/ references for ucas unless 50% of assignments have been passed. I would be fully capable of completing 50% of the assignments, however, it takes 3-5 working days for an assignment to be marked. And I fear by the time my assignments are marked, there won’t be any more time left. I’ve already sent an email to them (responses should sent in two working days, it’s been four and still no response). Any advice on how I should go about this??
