Black Girl Hair Troubles!!!!!

Please does anyone know what I can use to grow my hair especially the front (baby) hairs.Heard a lot about Rosemary oil, even tried it but it just gives me a dry scalp and the growth is slow.

I'm mixed black/ white & I find Batana oil works really well on my hair. I change my hairstyle fairly regularly & it improves the quality of my hair whether I've got it straightened or leave it curly. I recently recommended it to my younger sister as well. She used to always have her hair in really tight cornrows & ended up with some quite noticeable patches of hair loss as a result. She was really self conscious about it & eventually shaved her head. She's kept it like that for the last couple of years but has never really been comfortable with it & has mentioned really wanting to grow her hair back so I hope she has some success with it too.
