Do I stand a strong chance of getting offers from Durham,Bath,Warwick,Bristol or any of the top 4 London unis( ICL,LSE,UCL,KCL) for Econ or Econ and maths/statistics/finance and data science at ICL

Unfortunately, no one can predict if you have a strong chance of getting an offer as these courses are competitive.

Apply, you haven't got a compelling reason not to. those grades are acceptable.

I agree, you have a strong application, just have a good balance of London and Non London Unis
