vet med supplementary forms

Hey guys, I'm applying for RVC and UClan vet med gateway, and RVC and Harper adam's for vet nursing. Does anyone know if there's a supplementary form to complete before the ucas deadline? Or do they get emailed after you've sent the application?

From my understanding most of them have deadlines after the initial UCAS application deadline. The only one I am unsure of is Bristol as I can't find an exact date and the wording is unclear. I think the RVS form is released on the 20th of October and due to be submitted on the 23rd. If anyone knows about Bristol that would be really helpful!

Hi @kkyra,

It's great to see that you are applying for our Veterinary Medicine gateway course, I've spoken with our admissions team who have confirmed that for ourselves there is no additional form to complete other than the UCAS application. However, if an applicant gets invited for interview then they will be asked to complete a Fitness to Practice form.

For RVC when you send off your application they send an email saying that they have received it and in the email they gave u a username and password to log in on their website and they will have the form for you to fill out along with passport info and gcse certificates pictures needing to be uploaded
