I have a room that I need someone to take over till 2nd August 2025. You’ll be living with two other female university of Portsmouth students aged 21. The rent is £450 per month with unihomes bills on top (subject to fair use), making it £142.50pppw. It is located in Southsea, just 5 mins from the beach and only 15-20 mins from all university buildings. Please let me know if you’re interested!
