i’m looking to takeover someone’s tenancy in their halls in london. i’d prefer wembley as it’s close to my uni but nearby places are fine too :smile:

i can move in asap and my budget is around £260 a week. if anyone has any leads lmk ! xx

I have a studio for £285 a week in Lewisham that I might no longer need if you're still interested.

Hey, I’m currently looking for a tenant as soon as possible!

It’s a KCL student accommodation (Hayloft Point) located a three minute walk from Aldgate Station and a 15 minute tube ride to covent garden!

Is an en-suite room with a very spacious kitchen and friendly and clean flatmates! The reception is available at all times with 24/7 security.
The rent is £395 per week however it includes access to a gym, entertainment room, various study spaces and a laundry room all included in the rent!

Hi, I have a studio room in Chapter White City if you’re interested! It’s a bronze studio (14sqm), with a fully modular kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. It’s also very conveniently located, with Lidl and Iceland just downstairs, and East Acton station 5 minutes away. It’s just £359 per week, so do let me know if you’re interested!
