I am very confused with the feedback I got. So, for SJT, I got high for all 6 of them. But for behavioural, I got 2 High, 6 moderate and 1 low.
Is it like that for everyone? High in SJT? I am really worried I did so bad in the video interview

I got 6 high in the SJTs, 2 high and rest all moderate for the Behaviour and reasoning test, thought i did okay for the video interview. The video interview is only one component of their process, so rest easy until you get any other communication from them.

Tech data and innovation also just checked got 3 high on the behavioral not 2.

Not really, at least during my tests, I wasn't timed. Except for the VI.

It was alright, you have to pass each test to get to the next one. The video interview was quite standard.

yo when you start the 'assessment journey' and pass the sjt, do you have to do the behavioural/ability test straight away after or can u come back?
