Newcastle Accomodation available from February on

Hi, I am an international student from Germany currently living in the iQ Collingwood buidling. Since I am only staying here until the end of January, I am looking for someone who wants to take over my tenancy for this flat from February to July. I share this flat with 5 other students, everyones room has an own bathroom. There is also a gym and a lovely common room on the ground floor of this building. The rent is 165 a week.
