My expected pay date for student finance was yesterday(04/10) but it’s still stuck on waiting for confirmation from university. I was wondering when this will change

I hope you are well!🙂

While this is probably not the straightforward answer you was looking for, and I apologise for this! It would be best to speak to student finance, and your universities finance, or related department, to see if anything can be done on their end to speed up the confirmation.

In the meantime, you could also see if there is any financial support available at your university, and while I can't promise there will be, it might be good to check if you're struggling financially, while waiting for your student finance.

The official SFE/SLC reps that answer the thread on this forum usually reply during office hours.

In the meantime, you need to chase your unis finance/registration department to make sure that they have sent SFE confirmation of your registration.

Yes but it says my expected pay date was on the 4th

Hi there,

If your payments say awaiting confirmation then your university have not sent your Confirmation of Registration. I would need to advise you to speak to your university and get them to send this to us and they will do that electronically. Once we get the confirmation it will take 2-3 working days to update on our system and then the payment would be up to 3 working days later.
