guys i know i have asked this before, but i am really stressed and worried, i am working at a grade 6 at the moment and my gcse resit for english language is in 29 days, can it be improved to a grade 8, is it possible?

Can be. Just remember: point, evidence, explanation, zoom in (e.g. " (word) is an adjective, which describes ..."), technique ("the repetition and alliteration reinforces the idea/motion" etc)

also, its good to ask chatgpt for an idea so that you can write about that idea. I remember i used to watch reddit narrator tiktoks of r/nosleep posts. for mocks, a prompt was for "discovery" and i kinda took a reddit post/story about that. (maybe do this or dont)

Make sure you remember to fully analyse language (techniques and individual words) and give out of the box ideas where you can (be insightful). Also dont forget to write about impact on the reader for all the analysis questions. What exam board do you do? Anything you’re struggling with specifically?

AQA, i struggle mostly with paper 2 Q5 and paper 1 Q5 and both question are worth 40 marks each, if i van be able to get above 30, in each , i'm definitely getting an 8, i'm fine with q 1-4 on both papers

What I found helpful for those questions was making myself a checklist of what i wanted to include in the writing before i started. So that’s stuff like what specific language techniques, structural features, punctuation etc i wanted to include. It can be difficult to objectively apply the markscheme to your own work for this question so it might be helpful for you to practice these questions by doing a question and then asking for a teacher, friend or someone on TSR to mark it for you.
