If you have a look at their website as there is a lot of very useful information.
Here is their admissions policy for 2025: https://www.qub.ac.uk/directorates/MRCI/admissions/FileStore/QUB-Medicine-Admissions-Policy-2025.pdf
In the document it outlines that they score your ucat and gcses when deciding who gets an interview. I have tried calculating your points and it came to 31 (double check though) which would have have been interviewed in 2020, however last year it was 37 with band 1 and 2 SJT- band 3 would've needed higher. I think considering it's been around 37 for the past 3 years it would be unlikely to change significantly but I guess u never know.
I'm not too sure on the NI quota but they do have a few extra places this year only open to Irish applicants which may come in handy for post interview chances.

Nope. From speaking to admissions on open day I think they give out interviews in order of highest points to lowest. If you've only just made last years cut off it would be reasonable to assume that it may be another month or two before an interview offer.

Yeah - think some of those with 37 pounts last year only got invite for interview in feb for a march interview

Reply 9

I’m not holding my breath cus I’ll probably be waiting ages with 38. What points are u at?

My point is 39…. Panicking

Reply 12

39 will be grand - don't be panicking. Some people predicting their cut off will be less than last year's but who knows...
Maybe first interview invites out tomorrow (four weeks before first interviews)?
