hi! Yes this is still available but I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy and metalworks doesn't do short term stay for studios. if you'd like to take over the tenancy that'll be great but would need to find someone (likely a postgrad studying in January) to take over from you once you're done! feel free to let me know any questions or if you need further information!
