Not walking distance but can take the northern line (<5 min walk) from Urbanest Battersea, it's an ensuite room on the 13th floor and it's quite nice, I made a listing with some photos: https://m.spareroom.co.uk/flatshare/london/battersea/17515207

Hey, I’m currently looking for a tenant as soon as possible!

It’s a KCL student accommodation (Hayloft Point) located a three minute walk from Aldgate Station and a 15 minute tube ride to covent garden!

Is an en-suite room with a very spacious kitchen and friendly and clean flatmates! The reception is available at all times with 24/7 security.
The rent is £395 per week however it includes access to a gym, entertainment room, various study spaces and a laundry room all included in the rent!

If interested pls message me, I’m ready to hand over the room as soon as possible!
