HELP: Medicine application with low UCAT score and average GCSEs,UKWPMED

Hi,
I am in year 13 and looking for universities that don't consider the UCAT and GCSEs.I scored 2440 on the UCAT and my GCSEs are 8(bio),7(Maths, English lit, history, chem, physics),6(English language and geography) and 5 for RE and computer science. AAA predicted for A-levels.
I am also part of the UKWPMED. I have looked at Hull York, Brighton and Sussex, Plymouth, Keele, and Lancaster.
Please can someone help

Thank you.
UKWPMED gives you automatic interview in several unis (Plymouth, HYMS and am I right that it’s all the other UKWPMED unis too - Manchester, Leicester, Keele, BSMS and Birmingham?) Most of those (if not all - please check yourself on their websites/admissions policies) will use only interview scoring for offers so any of those would be great choices! Medical schools have different policies which can play to applicants different strengths - your strength is UKWPMED. Use it to get those guaranteed interviews then you will be on a level playing field for offers. Good luck

Thanks for your reply,So if we meet the entry requirments for all the UKWPMED schools then i can get an interview?Does the scoring for offers depend on the interview for these unis?
I believe that is the case but you will need to check that for each uni. Info is given on their websites (general info on their main A100 entry requirements pages and then detailed info on their selection policies that you can usually find by a link on their entry requirement page) Search each med school carefully to check as my daughter is contextual but not UKWPMED and so we were not looking super carefully at the exact specifics. So for each uni check 1) UKWPMED get automatic interview and 2) the interview score is all that’s used for selecting who gets an offer. Another and imo quicker alternative is to phone and ask the admissions team at each uni that you are considering. Email works too though is often slower and the UCAS deadline is fast approaching!
This is from Keeles website:

If you have completed any UKWPMED programme you should include this in your UCAS application. Applicants who have completed a UKWPMED programme and who meet Keele’s minimum GCSE and UCAT requirements for A100 will automatically be invited for interview; if you are made an offer it will be for A-level grades of ABB or equivalent.
Leicester section 4.3 on their scoring policy:
Access Leicester: Medicine or other UKWPMED progression programme: We will guarantee you an interview, provided you meet our minimum GCSE requirements (at first-sit); are predicted or have achieved (first gap year only) at least ABB in our required subjects without resits; successfully completed the progression programme; and have a UCAT in the top 7 deciles with a SJT 1-3. The A must be in Chemistry or Biology. Please state UKWPMED in the ‘Activities in preparation for Higher Education’ section on your UCAS form.
You need to do the same kind of research on all the UKWPMED unis. Then check that they only use interview scores for offers. Good luck 🤞
