Switching from STEM research to non-stem jobs

Hi, I am graduating with a Medical Science degree BSc this year, and plan to pursue a masters that will allow me to go into research academic or industrial. However, I have realised that although I enjoy research and want to pursue it for a long time, I am burnt out from uni and dont want to carry on with such a competitive line of work for the rest of my life. Like maybe switch out from research in 10-15 years time to pursue something that is more stable with decent pay and good career progression in something non-stem or at least non-research. I was wondering if that is feasible and if there is anything I can do ahead of time to keep that prospect open? I do not want to pursue a subject unrelated masters since I still envision myself as a researcher.
