Undergraduate box greyed out

Hello,

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to apply for student finance online but for some reason the undergraduate box is greyed out. Why would this be the case please?

Hello Ross,

I have tried on apple devices and android. I have had this issue for years and it does not make any sense.

Additionally, please tell me specifically what a solicitor needs to state in a separation letter (marital status).

I am a UK national. My situation has been complex. I applied for Undergraduate funding back in 2016 but was told
We have considered your application and based on the information provided, you are not eligible to receive student finance because you do not meet the below criteria:

Have been ordinarily and lawfully resident in the UK and Islands throughout the 3 year period preceding the first day of the first academic year of your course;

This was incorrect as at the time I had discretionary leave to remain and awaiting my settlement. Additionally, I had been in the UK for over 3 years prior first day of academic year. I was unable to continue due to chronic illness.
The second time I applied was for an Adult Learner Loan in 2019. This was approved. However, I had to do this application via paper.
