Immigration Enforecent : Immigration Officer Checks

Hello.

I am looking for a bit of clarification, I am awaiting to hear back after my interview for the above role, I have checked the advert and it only states that vetting will be UKSV (SC).

There was no mention of any additional security checks on the advert however there is currently a role on the civil service site for Cardiff where this states SC and additional checks.

Do all IOs go through the additional security checks which I presume is "ASC1" or is it role/location specific.
