Are my gcse grades gonna prevent me from making it into medicine/dentristry

I got one 8777777755. the two 5s being in spanish and geography. Do I have any chance of doing medicine or dentistry? Also I was wondering if the application process is very different between medicine and dentistry.

Thank you so much, any type of response would be very appreciated !

I assume you want to take medicine or dentistry at a Uni level, and if so: along as your A-level results are up to what the university wants you should be all good. they don't take much notice of your GCSE's

some unis such as manchester take into account your gcse grade but they usually have a scoring system (e.g. 5 points for a 9, 4 for a 8 etc) but i think you should be fine with your results, im pretty sure they usually require 7 gcses including maths and english at grade 7 or above.
