Expiring BRP pending investigation of Academic Misconduct

Good morning everyone,
I was notified of an academic misconduct for contract cheating regarding my dissertation March this year. I attended the VIVA hearing same month but I was referred to the academic misconduct investigation. I was later invited for a meeting with an AIO this August which I attended. The problem is I have yet to receive any update or resolution from the university. My Visa ends in November as I am an international student. I have a Company ready to sponsor me but I cannot switch since I have not completed my studies due to the investigation. I have contacted my university ISS team (international student support) but they refused to extend my visa as I have not received a response from the university. This is really affecting my mental health. I have emailed the university and all related support team on campus but they just advice me to be patient and await a response from the uni. I am running out of time and do not know what to do.
