Do you have anyone who can stick up for you?

For the snitch thing, look them straight in the eye and say "Anything you do in front of me, consider it as you doing in front of the teacher. Because I reserve the right to talk to whomever I like about whatever I like. And I hate bullies. And hate gangsterism and the Omerta (swear word for bovine droppings) code of silence. And if you're trying to put pressure on me to restrict my freedom of speech then that in and of itself is something that I reserve the right to discuss in full with the teachers. So go on, do YOU really want to go down the route of being a horrible (swear word for sexual activity) nasty evil gangster bully?"
Or "Yeah I know. Snitches get stitches. I've already had 40 stitches this morning. At this rate I'm gonna be all seams and no fabric..." Said with a smirk on your face.

For them mocking the way you say something, chuckle along with them and say "That's a pretty good impression. Go on do some more impressions! Can you do Keir Starmer? How about Boris Johnson? The Head Teacher?... That's very good. You should go on Britain's Got Talent (or Strictly Come Dancing if their impressions weren't that good)."

You might as well practice your Frame Control when you're put in these sorts of situations by the school children in your school acting in the way that school children sometimes do.

thank you this is very helpful!
but i am anxious as most of the bullying happens in class, and know if i try to stand up to myself the teacher would think i am being mean to them and i will get in trouble

Sounds like you're in one of those typical going through the motions schools. Where the discipline levels are slack. And the teachers don't give a toss.
If someone is calling you a snitch in class and your teacher isn't hearing it and stamping down on it like a ton of bricks.
With the same applying to someone mocking you for the way you said something.

Time for more frame control when it comes to your attitude towards the teachers.
If you get into trouble for doing what I said above, then the issue is with the teachers not you. And you should maintain that frame.

Victim blaming is something that teachers sometimes do. Assert your frame when you're the victim and the teachers are blaming you. With your frame being that you were just asserting your frame and the teachers are wrong for trying to suppress you asserting your frame in these circumstances.

Feel free to snitch on the teachers. Go to the head teacher and tell him or her which teachers are best at maintaining discipline in the class and which are worst. And tell him or her about any victim blaming done by any teacher.

If the head teacher gives you an unsatisfactory response, go to the education department at the local council. And try to get the issue raised at any management / governors meetings that the school has.

The squeakiest wheel gets the most oil.

For the anxiety, think of it all as 1 big social experiment that you're doing. Where you try being assertive with your frame control and you see what happens. If you get some detention or some nonsense like that over it, so be it. It will make a great anecdote for you to tell for years to come.

i tried to speak to the curriculum manager abt bullying and she said something along the lines of it isnt a big deal or she was taking their side
i had a feeling she would just believe them over me
i have trauma of teachers yelling at me infront of the whole class and once i was trying to hold back my hears but i couldnt
also once someone lied to me in class and the teacher threatened me by saying she has power to call my parents and give me detention

What do your parents say about this?
They should be going into the school and reading them the riot act. Gaslighting about bullying and victim blaming is unprofessional behaviour. Curriculum manager needs to have her backside kicked - metaphorically - big time.

Let the teachers yell at you. They can't lay a finger on you.
Take the stance that inwardly you will rebel against other people pushing you down.

Let the teachers call your parents. Your parents should be on your side. You're a good person.
Let them give you a stupid detention. Get on quietly with some homework at the detention. If they give you a further detention for not doing exactly as they say at the detention, just do homework at the next detention. It makes no difference to you if you do your homework at home or in detention.

Give yourself a medal if you get a call to your parents or a detention for rebelling against the stupidity of some teacher.

As a general thing, take yourself and your life and your worries and your anxieties and school less seriously than you have done up till now.

As a HUGE tip: look to start your own business. Make your youth part of your marketing for your business.
Make the business your big hobby. Your big passion. And then treat school as some nonsense that you have to do because the government says you have to because of your age.

I mean, honestly, there's probably a reason they hate your guts. Especially if they call you a snitch. Just keep to yourself and don't mind them, stick to the people you know.

I'm going through the exact same thing as you and all I can say is fake it till you make it. Your haters being your biggest fans is the truest thing I've heard. Ignore them and display confidence. All they want is your attention and a reaction out of you.
