Focus on the course content. Take a look at some unis you are interested in (Warwick, Bath, any others?) and their courses and see which has modules which really capture your interest that you can see yourself enjoying. Have you any career interests yet? and would any of these modules help you learn more about it?

Local area - if you are able, then visiting the campuses and the local areas of each uni is a good way to judge which feels right for you. Both Warwick and Bath are small-ish campus universities with good reputations. I would say that the city of Bath and all the things to do are closer to the uni than Coventry is to Warwick, but the best way to decide is to visit both, check out what's on offer and see which you feel suits your needs more.

Placement scheme options - Bath have one of the strongest placement schemes in the country. The level of support and organisation is incredible. Take a look at the options provided by the other unis you are interested in. See if you can chat to current students either on UCAS unibuddy or at open days/offer holder events. Placements are a lovely way to learn about a career and really make your CV stand out from the crowd, so if you're interested in this then its defo something to factor into your choice!
