DBS check

I’ve recently been offered a role which required an enhanced DBS check and it’s said that the check has been dispatched but there is an important notice that says my employer needs to see the form first.

Searching online this apparently could mean that my check isn’t cleared. I’m so panicked because I’ve never had any dealings with the police. Has this happened to anyone else?

Nothing to worry about as long as you have never been in trouble etc then therefore I would let your new employer see it.

If there was a issue with your DBs check's you would have been told about it as you can then resolve it.

I had to give my employer access to my PVG ( DBs) due to the nature of my job as a nurse as dealing with people who might have special needs or disabilities etc.
