Waiting for update

Hi, I got told after uploading my evidence I’d get an update by the 26th Sept. On that date, they told me I’d hear something by today (8th October) but I’ve still not heard anything from them, and still have not had any money! When I go onto the website now, the date update box has gone and it just says ‘processing’. I uploaded my evidence the day after I was asked, at the end of August.

Has anyone done any evidence around the same time and have any idea how long it took for SFE to give them any money? How they are allowed to keep students in the dark with no money while they're studying is beyond me, luckily my parents are very supportive.

Hi Ross, the evidence was proof I was only absent from the UK temporarily prior to resuming study, so I sent in my visa, flight details and bank account statements when asked for them. I originally applied back in July - the 18th.
