University of Birmingham or Birmingham City University (UOB OR BCU)
I don't know if I should go to UOB or BCU for mental health nursing. Ice hears BCU is better because they have been doing the course for a while but I also heard that they are under investigation for not teaching the course properly. I've been to BCU's open day and I liked the campus but idk 😭😭 HELPPP
As a UOB student. I would say UOB. The teaching is much better and some would say it doesn't matter which uni you go to, but I would say having UOB as your university opens up more opportunities due to the Russell Group status. I hope this helps!

The course is well-established and benefits from experienced faculty and strong industry connections. From a social aspect, BCU is located in the centre of Birmingham, meaning there are more places and activities for leisure in your free time.
