Ive already applied to uni and I just got accepted into the ashurst access to law but I feel like everyone gets accepted and I won’t even be able to put it in my personal statement, is there any point participating?

If your sole intention when pursuing this opportunity was to put it on your personal statement rather than gaining something meaningful (i.e. using the information given to help students access legal careers more easily), then that is arguably a little morally questionable. Even then, the study of law and the practice are two very different things, so I doubt it would have actually added much to your personal statement at all. While it’s good to increase your commercial awareness if you are aiming for a legal career in the commercial sector, this is not something that will necessarily be a concern for admissions officers, as they will expect most applicants to have very little knowledge of the law in the first place.
It’s also worth noting that if it were true that everyone who applies gets accepted, they wouldn’t bother with an application process in the first place. That would be a waste of time, energy and resources.
i wasn't accepted, could you share with me what you wrote for why you wanted to join?
Since I’m applying to law at uni and had already written my personal statement based on law, I just copied and pasted relevant parts of my personal statement and tweaked it to fit the question criteria !!
