Nmc Pin

I was just wondering does your NMC pin come through once the examination board has approved you have passed your degree? Or is this after?

The university has to send evidence to the NMC after the exam board; you'll get your pin (usually) within a couple of weeks of the university sending it off.

You’ll get an invitation to join the register for the princely sum of £120 once the nmc have been told you’ve passed the course and have received a statement of good health and good character from your course director (this all happens at the same time), so it will be after exam boards and you being told you’ve passed your course.

As discussed above, once your university has sent off the relevant documentation, good health and good character statement, and you've paid the £120 for your pin, it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks (maximum), but usually arrives within 2-3 weeks 🙂
