How was your work experience ?

I had work exprience shadowing a Gp across multiple surgeries and with nurses at another in the same trust (+70hrs together). I also have work in medical record keeping for 2yrs now

Shadowing can only account for a maximum of 20 hours towards the 70 and I’m guessing they’ve decided not to count the medical records work as relevant for meeting the reminder of their outcomes/patient facingness

Saw someone else say this but I checked their website again and apparently they dont have a cap anymore.

Ive just looked an you are right there is no longer a cap on shadowing. Its possible the just don’t think all of the outcomes were met which would he very harsh. I assume all you experience is within the three year period?

id like to practice too! Is there a group?

Still havent heard anything, Im hoping to call them later once im off work. Is everyone getting their offers via email?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Interview booking closes Thursday morning, so really not sure how they would make it fair notifying us tomorrow and less than 24hrs to book an interview. I’ve rang them today and you just get wishy washy responses from them about interviews

Has anyone booked 2 interview slots by accident? I tried to email and call them (no one is answering) but no response yet. I know it says multiple bookings will be cancelled and I will be put on any available date/time 😕 Has anyone experienced this before ??

I know this happened to a lot of people. Where does it say that those who booked two slots will be reallocated to any available slot? In my email it just says to email the admissions team if you accidentally book multiple so that they can reopen the extra slot
