Wrongfully kicked out of sixthform in yr13 and left with no options

I was physically assaulted by 2 girls and had to defend myself during this attack where the police also got involved. I was the victim yet my school CTK chose to not only kick the only one of the other girls out but me also. All the schools in SE are full and i’m in my final year. what do i do? I DO NOT want to retake YR12 i don’t know what to do.

What qualifications / subjects are you doing? If they're assessed solely based upon exams (so not BTECs, and not A levels which contain coursework), then have you considered continuing your studies independently?

In that scenario, you register with a local school/college as a "private candidate", which just means that you sit you exams there but aren't taught by them. Instead, you teach yourself via books, past papers, on-line tutorials, etc. This approach isn't free, but unless you can persuade your school to reinstate you or locate another school / college with space, then you might not have much choice.
