Tenancy Takeover! En-suite Room in Urbanest Battersea

I’m looking for a student to take over my lease, which runs until September 5th, 2025. The rent is £374 per week.

It's a private en-suite and located in a brand-new building, ready for immediate move-in. The room is furnished with small double bed, desk, chair, lamp, mirrors, and ample storage.

It also has a private bathroom and a window with triple-glazed glass (you can see the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Thames). Spacious kitchen shared with six other flatmates, equipped with ovens, fridges/freezers, hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The room includes high-speed broadband, a personal heating and cooling system, an air purification system, and features a passivhaus design for energy efficiency and noise dampening. My flatmates are friendly, considerate, and keep the kitchen very clean. The building is brand new.
