Medicine applicant stress

Okay I'm lowkey a little mad because I had written everything out, clicked post and now my entire post is gone T-T.
To summarise, I have already posted my stats on the med school megathread, I was deciding on my final medicine option (already decided on 2 med and 2 non-med) and narrowed it down to Cardiff and QMUL, my UCAT is 2690B2 with 99999888L2D* but I'm sitting a native language GCSE in summer 2025, will Cardiff accept my predicted grade instead of an achieved grade for my 9th GCSE? I tried calling multiple times but no one ever picks up.

A level predictions for history bio and chem are A*AA and also doing EPQ, sitting a mock next week to determine the 9th GCSE language grade prediction.

Also I've lowkey been feeling really burnt out from the entire medicine application process and thinking maybe medicine isn't for me. I've also got interests in history and politics, but haven't researched much about university courses as I was too busy with science. I don't know what to do anymore, all of my school's career advisors probably hate me and I don't blame them tbh with how inconsistent I am. Anyways, if anyone else has been in a similar situation, please consider helping a brother out, thanks!
