will we still get an email to just inform if we've got the offer or not?

Some of them received the offer option on their oriel and later received the email. So I guess keep an eye for both. For rejection, it usualy shows a red mark on your oriel rather than a green. That means you have not passed the interview stage.

A green indicates that you passed but the offer depends on your ranking. You might not even recieve an offer although its green on your oriel. If the high-ranking (first choice) candidate rejects, then the next candidate gets the offer, hence if you are the next one then you will get the offer.

I think, similar to last year, they will post on NHS STP website about whether all the offers have been accepted or not. That should give you an idea if there is a chance to get an offer. They just started so perhaps wait untill the end of next week to check if you got an offer.

Hiya 👋🏻 May I ask how high up your ranking was in shortlisting? I ranked 19th and still haven't received any offers so I was wonder how far along they are in terms of giving them out. Thank you!

Shortlisting rank has nothing to do with offers after interview. If you interviewed, you'll be ranked again and it's based on your interview rank that offers are allocated. And I don't think they send out interview ranks, they just either send out offers and/or update oriel with interview passed or failed.

Just for general advice- Has anyone reapplied because they weren't happy with location ? . Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I might not be able to move to my offer location ☹️ ☹️ which is making me really sad and nervous to reapply next year ..

Honestly, I know it’s a tough decision, but you’re absolutely doing the right thing. There’s no point in accepting an offer if you can’t fully commit to the location the STP is three years, and that’s a big commitment. The fact that you made it this far shows your capability, and I truly believe you’ll succeed next year!
